Our tots said Happy Thanksgiving today by making Thankful Turkeys. We wrapped up our farm unit this week and painted with corn on the cob! We read lots of stories and sang lots of songs about animals and the sounds they make as well as Thanksgiving and Turkey songs! Gobble, Gobble, Gobble! We are loving seeing all of the cooperative play in this room. They are doing a great job. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Have a great break. Let’s all enjoy time with family and remember all we have to be thankful for. 🦃😀

We are having fun down on the farm in early threes! We are learning about animals in and made our own farms today. This week we also made fingerprint sheep. We are learning about farms and all about the animals on the farm. Our friends are getting better at sharing and being a good friend! It was cold and rainy so we didn’t get outside much but have enjoyed playing with the balls in the gym. We are working a lot on recognizing and writing our names. We are making our way through the alphabet and being introduced to the letters and sounds. G is for glitter was a lot of fun too!!

This week we celebrated Halloween and made I Spy bottles! The kids had so much fun with this! Once, Halloween was over, we we’re ready to learn about Thanksgiving and are excited to do many activities this month and talk about what we are thankful for! The kids make Hand turkeys, which you can spot in the hallway. 🦃 On Friday, we made a yellow collage and also did a magic activity at circle time making new colors! Our tots learned how you can make secondary colors from primary colors. This is going to be a fast and fun month. Happy November! We all have so much to be thankful for! 💛

Baby it’s cold outside! We are getting cabin fever being inside so much but we we’re all happy to go out for 5 minutes one day when it was a little warmish! We are anticipating Spring and sunny warm days, but thankful for a nice gym to get some energy out! This week we made M is for mittens and enjoyed reading The Mitten, By Jan Brett. We also learned the #4 by making and counting 4 snowmen. We had art class with Miss Jackie, where the kids got to paint a lantern.  We are doing an awesome job on our self portraits and writing our names! They have grown and changed so much Josh since school started! Next week we will begin Valentine activities…hard to believe it’s time to start planning that party! ❤❤❤❤
